0114 - Community Nursing Care

Serving as an NDIS provider, this community-based health organization promotes independence, and optimal health, and specializes in home nursing care for individuals with disabilities.

For those who have been approved for the NDIS, we offer in-home nursing care services. We assist them in completing their daily tasks.

We assist them with grooming duties as well, such as taking showers and brushing their teeth. To ensure that we are giving each person the appropriate amount of support, we collaborate closely with the families, friends, and other caregivers of our clients.
